What is the 12-digit code on my receipt?
If you’re not a Papa Rewards member, you can use the 12-digit code at the bottom of your receipt to claim points for that order when you join. This code adds points to your Papa Rewards account, so you get a head-start towards earning Papa Dough.
To claim the points from your order:
- Sign up for or log in to your papajohns.com account.
- Under “Have a Receipt Code?” enter the 12-digit code on your receipt.
- You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend (not including tax, tip or fees - like delivery).
- Papa Reward Points are earned per whole dollar spent (not including tax, tip or fees - like delivery). Amounts exceeding any whole number will be rounded down.
- Points are awarded the next business day following your successful 12-digit code entry.
- Codes are single-use and can only be claimed once by the actual purchaser of the order.
- Codes expire three days after you receive them.
- For security reasons, we may limit the amount of times an account may claim a code in a discrete amount of time.
If you’re a current Papa Rewards member and ordered at your usual store, or were logged into your account when you ordered, you will not see the 12-digit code. Rewards members earn points automatically. If you don’t see a code on your receipt, it means you’ve already received points for that order. You can see your points in your account by the next business day.
