Where can I purchase Papa Johns Gift Cards?
There are several ways to purchase Papa Johns Gift Cards:
- To purchase physical Gift Cards, visit a Papa Johns location nearest you. Find a location. Gift Cards can also be purchased at select grocery, drug and mass merchant retail locations.
- For digital eGift Cards, go to papajohns.com/gift-cards and click on "Buy eGift Card.
How do I redeem my Papa Johns Gift Card?
There are three ways to redeem your Gift Card:
In-store- Gift Card: Present your Gift Card to the Team Member taking your order
When asked for payment, provide the Team Member taking your order with your 19-digit gift card number and 4-digit PIN.
Online at papajohns.com or our mobile app:When prompted for payment at checkout, select "Gift Card" as the payment type and enter the 19-digit Gift Card number and 4-digit PIN when prompted.
Can Papa Johns Gift Cards be redeemed outside the U.S.?
No. Papa Johns Gift Cards are only valid in the United States.
Will the value of a Papa Johns Gift Card ever expire?
No. Papa Johns Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and aren't subject to dormancy or other fees.
How much money can I put on a Papa Johns Gift Card?
At Papa Johns restaurants, the minimum amount is $5 and the maximum amount is $100 for a plastic Gift Card. However, some retailers sell a Gift Card with a fixed dollar amount, such as $25, while other retailers may allow you to load a specific amount, between $10 & $100.
Is the Papa Johns Gift Card reloadable?
Yes. You can reload Papa Johns Gift Cards at any participating Papa Johns location or through the Corporate Office at (866) 528-4438.
How do I check the balance of a Papa Johns Gift Card?
For Gift Card balances, visit papajohns.com/gift-cards.
What is your return policy?
Papa Johns Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. Papa Johns is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed Gift Cards or eGift Cards and both should be treated the same as cash.
I accidentally scratched off my PIN, how do I redeem my gift card?
Unfortunately, you need the PIN to redeem the Gift Card at papajohns.com or when placing your order over the phone. Please send an image of the back of your Gift Card to GiftCards@papajohns.com and include your mailing address. We will replace your Gift Card and send out a new one.
However, a PIN is not required if the Gift Card is redeemed by swiping it at a Papa Johns restaurant.
How do I place a Corporate Gift Card Order?
You may place corporate orders for Papa Johns Gift Cards and eGift Cards by visiting www.papajohns.com/giftcards See corporate order form under “Purchase Bulk Gift Cards’. Completed form should be returned to giftcards@papajohns.com.

eGift Card FAQs
How do Papa Johns eGift Cards work?
You can purchase Papa Johns eGift Cards through papajohns.com/gift-cards by clicking on the "Buy eGift Card" button. This will take you to our partner site—CashStar. CashStar will take the order, process the payment and distribute the eGift Cards. Once the purchase has been completed, the eGift Cards will be sent to the recipient within several hours or sooner. The recipient may use their eGift Cards to make purchases at any Papa Johns restaurant or online at papajohns.com.
How are eGift Cards different from plastic Gift Cards?
Physical Gift Cards and eGift Cards function in the same way and can, in terms of redemption. And the same Terms & Conditions apply to both. Unlike physical cards, eGift Cards are sent via email and require that they be printed out for use. Physical cards look and feel like any other card tender.
Which credit cards do you accept for eGift Card purchases?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for all Gift Card and eGift Card orders placed online or in our restaurants. For corporate bulk purhcases, we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express, along with Company Check or ACH/Wire.
Can I change the value of an eGift Card after I've paid for it?
Once you have purchased an eGift Card, you may add additional funds to the card by reloading it at any Papa Johns restaurant or by leaving a message through the Corporate Office at 1-866-528-4438, please leave a message.
When is my credit card charged for my purchase?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as PAPAJOHNS CSTAR GFTCRD.
Can I buy an eGift Card for myself?
Yes. To do so, enter your own email address in the "Recipient Email" fields, and enter your own name as the recipient name. Complete the transaction normally. When you receive your eGift Cards emails, follow the instructions in the message to retrieve and redeem your eGift Card(s).
I want a printed eGift Card to present to someone as a gift. How can I accomplish this?
To do this, select the "Hand Delivery" tab and enter your own email address in the "Recipient's Email" field and complete the transaction normally. You will receive an eGift Cards alert email. Follow the instructions in the message to retrieve your eGift Card, and then choose "Click to Print This Page." The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient, and may be redeemed at any U.S. Papa Johns restaurant or papajohns.com.
What exactly does the recipient receive when I send an eGift Card?
On the delivery date you choose, an email is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the eGift Card you created, its value and eGift Card number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Cards.
When is the eGift Card sent to the recipient?
The eGift Card alert email is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase, within hours after your transaction is complete.
Is my order secure?
All personal and financial information is transmitted using the https protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), utilizing state-of-the-art technology for consumer protection. Behind the scenes, your Web browser is sending all personal and financial information over SSL. The eGift Cards purchase process is fully PCI compliant. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact CashStar Customer Support at (877) 850-1977.
I purchased an eGift Card at papajohns.com but I never received it. What should I do?
First, check your spam folder. If you are not able to find the email, please call (877) 850-1977 for assistance. You may have accidentally entered your email address incorrectly or the firewalls might be too stringent for the email to be delivered, especially if it was sent to a work email. If you are the purchaser or recipient, please provide Customer Service with your name, confirmation number and email address. You can also go online to access the self-service customer care portal at https://papajohns.cashstar.com/self_service/register. Papa Johns is not responsible for lost, undeliverable or misplaced emails.
What if I lose my eGift Card?
If you misplaced your eGift Card, you can reprint it by clicking on the link in the original email. If your eGift Card was lost or stolen, contact CashStar Customer Support immediately at (877) 850-1977. If your eGift Card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and reissue a new eGift Card to you for the remaining value
