How Does No Contact Delivery Work?
Select “No Contact Delivery” during checkout. No Contact Delivery is cashless, so please remember to tip when checking out.
A Quality Seal is applied to the lid of the box, so you know it hasn’t been opened.
The driver sets your order up at your door, eliminating the need for direct contact.
The driver knocks or rings your doorbell, then steps back 6 feet so you can collect your order.
Because you pre-paid and pre-tipped, there’s no cash exchange and nothing to sign.

There are lots of ways for Papa Johns to get you your pizza. But no matter how, we want you to know that from our 450-degree oven, to box, to you, it’s our policy that your pizza is never touched once it comes out of the oven. And we’re taking extra steps to ensure it, like “No Contact Delivery” on all app and online orders.
