Garlic and Herb Toasted Bread
Ingredients
- French Bread1 loaf
- Papa Johns® Garlic Flavored Sauce4 tbsp
- Minced Garlic1 tbsp
- Italian Seasoning2 tbsp
Instructions
- Slice french bread into 1 to 1.5" slices.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients except the french bread and whisk together.
- Top each slice with the mixture.
- Place topped slices on a baking tray.
- Bake at 400°F for 6–8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
Lemon Garlic Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs (boneless & skinless)3 lbs
- Papa Johns® Garlic Flavored Sauce4 tbsp
- Minced Garlic1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice2 ea
- Fresh Thyme1.5 tbsp
- Kosher Salt2 tsp
- Lemon Zest1 ea
Instructions
- Pull thyme leaves from the stems and chop finely.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients except the chicken and whisk together to create a marinade.
- Put the chicken and marinade in a ziplock bag.
- Shake the bag contents to ensure the marinade covers all of the chicken entirely.
- Marinate under refrigeration for a minimum of 3 hours or a maximum of 24 hours.
- Remove from refrigeration and grill to desired doneness.
- Serve and enjoy!
Garlic and Rosemary Potatoes
Ingredients
- Redskin Mini Potatoes1.5 lbs
- Papa Johns® Garlic Flavored Sauce2 tbsp
- Minced Garlic1 tbsp
- Kosher Salt1 tbsp
- Fresh Chopped Rosemary1 tbsp
Instructions
- Wash potatoes then strain.
- Cut potatoes into halves and hold in a container with enough cold water to cover them completely.
- Pull rosemary leaves from the stems and finely chop, then set aside.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the potatoes.
- Strain potatoes until dry.
- Add one tablespoon of Papa Johns® Garlic Flavored Sauce to a large hot sauté pan.
- Put the potatoes in the sauté pan and cook on medium heat until light golden in color.
- Remove from the pan.
- Serve and enjoy!
Steak Marinade
Ingredients
- Steak12 oz
- Papa Johns® Garlic Flavored Sauce2 tbsp
- Kosher Salt1 tsp
- Fresh Cracked Black Pepper3 cracks
- Minced Garlic0.5 tbsp
- Fresh Chopped Parsley1 tsp
Instructions
- Mince fresh parsley.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients except the steak and whisk together to create a marinade.
- Put the steak and marinade in a ziplock bag.
- Shake the bag contents to ensure the marinade covers the steak entirely.
- Marinate under refrigeration for a minimum of 3 hours or a maximum of 24 hours.
- Remove from refrigeration and grill to desired doneness.
- Serve and enjoy!
Loaded Baked Potato
Ingredients
- Russet Potato1 ea
- Kosher Salt1 tbsp
- Papa Johns® Garlic Flavored Sauce1.5 tbsp
- Cheddar Cheese0.4 oz
- Chives1 tsp
- Bacon Bitsto taste
Instructions
- Lightly cover the outside of the potato with about 1 teaspoon of Papa Johns® Garlic Flavored Sauce.
- Season the potato with kosher salt, covering all of the skin lightly.
- Put on baking tray and cook at 400°F until fork tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Cut the potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Papa Johns® Garlic Flavored Sauce to the fluffed part of the potato.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the bacon bits.
- Add the chopped chives.
- Serve and enjoy!
